To begin with thanks to all you guys.  I truley believe I would not have had such great success without this board and I know I would be wanting for a lot of info without you guys.  Its a pleasure to have access to all the knowledge and support. I had rny exactly 6 month ago today.  Day of surgery I weighed 439, wore 60" jeans, 5xl shirts and was seriously dissapointed in myself.  I also could barely kneel down to give my young daughter a bath, I slept like crap, had low sex drive, and had to sit on the sidelines for way to many things that I love to do.  I also hardly did anything around the house because it was just too much for me.   In addition I was ashamed of the way I looked and thought about dying every day. Today is really different.  I weigh 317 today, wear 48" jeans and 2xl shirts.  I can kneel down and get up and down of the floor at will.  I am a much better father and husband.  I may not be able to waterski yet, but I can pretty much do anything I want.  I am rehabing a large part of my house with a friend and have no problem working hard all day long.  I like the way I look and I am gettiing better looking every week.  I have not thought about dying in months.  I not longer have sleep apnea, I have normal blood pressure and my cholesteral is way low.  Oh I also wake up with a hard on every morning. Although I agree with DX on just about everything, he is wrong on dick size.  It does get bigger and if you have any scientific proof to the contrary Dx please keep it to yourself.  Woman read these board you know.      You guys have become my friends.  I appreciate all the support and hope that I have offered the same.  Its good to be alive and I can't wait to get together with you guys and the next big national conference I am able to attend. P.S.  We just got approved for the adoption of a little boy from China.  We are going to China to pick him up in the next month or too.  Iv'e got nothing but good news these days it seems.   Take good care of yourselves guys.
