Hey Guys(A Major Fart)!!

I just got back from Orlando today and man I had a ball, I did somethings that I have not done in years. I played Jai-Alai 3 hours every other day(if you know anything about it, it requires a lot of running), I even played basketball and rode roller coasters(could never fit into the seats). I had a great week with the family.

Cool. That's awesome! I"m a few months behind you - I bought and rode a bike with my family this weekend. It was fun, but I'm remembering some muscles that I haven't used in a while....
