Back from Internal Hernia Surgery

Hi Jim,

Yes, the only negative effects I'm feeling now are a little tenderness around the lap holes. It is quite different this time around. I actually feel better now than in the weeks before surgery. Perhaps with the potential for problems into that area becoming  life threatening, any inflammation there causes an autoimmune response (??) I don't know. But after a few days recovery, I just started to feel much better.

No sympathy here. I never seem to fit the "suffering" pattern well enough. I'm great sitting here working, tiredness and pain free. Tomorrow: Deadlifts.
