Big Wednesday

Wow,...what a week.  I've dropped off my third plateau in 4 months, going from the ever stable 266-268 the last 4 weeks to 262 Friday, 258 Saturday and 255 as of this Wednesday morning. I did the brakes on my wifes car last week (first automotive work in probably 2 years whereas I us to do most all of my own automotive stuff but got to rotund to manuver in, around, and under vehicles).  I did the brakes on my mom's PT Cruiser yesterday then went over and helped my brother hang some new cabinets in his kitchen he is remodeling, and still felt like getting dinner to take home to my family, doing some paperwork, then getting on the Chatroom last night.  That's more energy and activity than I have mustered in one day since doing the 10K. The Chatroom was rockin last night.  I only stayed about 20 minutes but had a great visit. Man,..conversation was flying all over the place.  DD went under the knife this morning, he was wired last night, even asking which surgery we preferred when he was scheduled for 7 am this morning.  What a nervous wreck.  I remember that last night before surgery.  I could have used a morphine plunger going in. Hope everyone is losing to their expectations.  When we get to our goal maybe we can get Tim A. to get us all mustangs too, then we can have a rumble!

Congrats on breaking through the plateau. Also if you truly have that much energy and like working on cars you could drop by my house. I have some things you could work on.

Joe, Congrats on breaking the plateau.  Sounds like it's really melting off now. I agree, the chatroom was great last night.  DD sure can liven up a room for sure.  I have a support group meeting tonight, but when I get home I'm going to try and call his wife to see how he's doing.  I'll let everyone know if I get her.

That would be great Floyd.  I'd appreciate knowing how hes doing if you make contact.  I wouldn't want him to lose that Million dollar smile of his!
