I can't help you with the scientific stuff but I'd be pretty stoked about those numbers too and the part about the part of youthats not there anymore. It reminded me I was taken off a second BP med at my 6 month followup April 4th.  I was on 3 and a fluid pill because of the BP meds and now I am just on 1 BP med.  I am similiarly excited about that as you sound about the lipid panel numbers. Congrads on your continuing success and keep the posts coming.  I enjoy reading your posts and responses.
