Thanks for all the advise over the past bit. I finally broke my first plateau. two and a half weeks stalled out at exACTly 222 lbs was really frustrating. After being really careful of portions and proteins, rock climbing, and running an extra mile each day it FINALLY broke. Today I gracefully landed on the scale at 215. Goal, here I come! And wish me luck. I'm hitting the personal trainer wednesday to learn how to lift some weights.

YaHoo! Congratulations Jake!! Way to Go! Now if another stall comes along, you’ll know that you can and do break through them…… Easy Street from here on!

Advice from a Billionaire?- (the second Million dollars is twice as easy to get as the first…) Keep it Up!! Best Wishes- Dx

Congratulations on beating the plateau...  They (and yes..there will be several) are very frustrating..and upsetting.... but, those moments...make you appreciate the times you do lose weight!!!  Best wishes for continued sucess...and be careful with that rock climbing!!!
