Good Bye 300!!

Hey Guys, Just had to share that Friday I fell below the 300lb zone.  For the last five years, I did not think it possible.   I just continued to grow, grow and grow.  I thank the man up stairs for leading me to my WLS.  Have a great day! Kent 357/296/189

Kent, Congratz.  Can I ask a question.  What was you weight at surgery? I tried to check profile but no dice there. How has your sleeve been treating you?

My weight the day before surgery was 357.  My pre op liquid weight was 373. My sleeve is great.  I just can't eat more than 3 oz.  My buddy has a RNY 4 days after me.  He had had many problems.  He never feels full and he eats 3 times as much as me.  The VSG was the only option for me.  I even had to pay out of pocket, insurance said no.   Hope all is well with you. Once I dropped below 300, I knew that WLS was the right thing. I know exactly how you feel. Every 10 will feel this same way from now on. 290, 280, 270.......189 Enjoy the descent down from Mt. Fattmore! Ronnie
