8 Months Out Cholesterol Report

Well... 8 months ago today I was 320lbs.  Total cholesterol was 257 (pre-surgery diet it was over 290!) Today....   235 pounds... and drum roll... Total Cholesterol...  187 LDL   118 HDL   56 Triglycerides    63 I have NEVER been this low since probably well before I was 15 years old. WOOOHOOO! Just wanted to share.

I like your numbers.  I hope when I have surgery my numbers will drop.  My chlesterol has consistently been at 250 or 275 while my Triglycerides have topped 550 at times with a high of 777.  Geez.

Big Congrats to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Those numbers are awesome - any 15 year old would be DAMN LUCKY to have those numbers!!!!!!!!!!!   You've worked very hard, and the rewards are there!!!!!   Keep up the good work, Chuck

Wow, double digit Triglycerides.  That's amazing!!!! Great job.  Your cholesterol ratio is fantastic.  They target 3.5 to 4.  You are at 2.1 Congrats! Greg

Thanks for all the good words guys.  I haven't seen good numbers in so long I guess I didn't quite understand how good they were! All I can say it... wow.. I'm loving this.  I need to get my pictures updated too.  As soon as I do I'll let everyone know. 68 days until vacation at Leech Lake.  That's where my before picture is from.  Should be an interesting thing seeing the new me this year.
