The Sunday Weekly Weigh-In

I only get weighed when I go to see a doctor.  I saw my primary doc on Wed and found that I had lost 21 lbs over the last 2 months due to exerise.  I posted this earlier in the week as an aquatic exercise FART.

Starting weight:   404 Start of the preop diet 4/6::   396 Today 4/15:   381   2 more weeks to go!

Hey guys, the scales are finally moving again.  And I passed 100lbs today!!! Last weigh in was two weeks ago as I was away for Easter.

Starting Pre-op: 352.2  RNY 11/13/2006: 345.2 Two Weeks ago: 257.2 This week: 251.8 (-5.4 lbs) Total Loss: 100.4 lbs Have a Blessed Week. Greg

Thanks for the prayers and message. Sorry my Japanese OS prevents me from using the OH message system. It's true, anything from a teenager that is not derogatory is positive....and if they're cute, it can be downright pleasant! We'll see if the nurses who are 4-10 years older can be suckered! That's my goal this time, to shoot a snuggly shot with a cute nurse. I have to post one!

As of tomorrow I will be 14 weeks post-op.  This week I'm down 5 lbs. since my last weigh in.   Overall, I'm down 69 since surgery, and down 88 from my highest!

Good Morning Gentlemen,   I managed to drop a pound during the week, but this morning the scale was back to where it was last Sunday. Day of surgery:  321  Last week's weight: 210  This week's weight: 210  Lost this week: 0  Total Lost: 111

Had my 2 month checkup and the Dr. was pleased with my steady progress so far.  I am finally allowed salad!  (and everything else of course).  Can’t wait for the nice weather, so I can get out the new bicycle and start peddling.  Have a great week guys!  Highest Weight - 347 Pre-Surgery-322 Last Week-273

Hi Guys, My bod must love the 230s because I've been hanging here for a few weeks--not level enough for a plateau, but slow enough to be annoying. I go in for my next fill tomorrow afternoon. Currently I am at 4cc’s and hoping to kick it up to 5.5 – 6cc’s. I am feeling very little restriction again, and experiencing minor hunger between meals so the time is definitely right. I had a pretty good week, I am not really sure what, if anything I did different, but any way you slice it… I like the results!
