Add Surgeon Info

Now that I've got my date, I'm trying to update my personal info, surgeon's name, date, etc. I added my goals, but can't get to the other stuff. I changed those settings from deactivate to activate, whats next?

    Hi,    Sign in if you aren't already and then go to "My Account" at the top of the page. In the middle there is a section that says "I got a date"  you can fill in your surgery date info.    To the right of that there is a section called "Your surgeon"   there you can fill in your surgeon's info.         Hope that helped.                               Life is great,  Rick
