Mike Try these. http://www.fitday.com/ http://www.dietfacts.com/ http://www.calorieking.com/ I really like calorieking.  I am trying their software for 7 days and think that I am going to buy it next week as it is super easy to use. Seeing what is in all your foods will help you make better decisions. Best of luck counting, it is a chore, but one that will lead to a much healther and thinner you (and all of us). I've been using fitday.com for the last 10 months and I have found it  to be very user friendly plus it has an easy activity (exercise) tracker as well. I use it faithfully every day and I find it really helps me plan ahead for the next days meals also. Doesn't hurt that it's free either !!
