Sampling Protein Powders

I know that you can get sample packs of protein powders for little or no cost from www.vitalady.com and www.bariatriceating.com .  I used to refer people to look up the Library section of our Site because it had members' opinions on the taste of various products, but I just can't find that section anymore.  Besides, people's tastes vary.  One company  that seems to elicit universal approval is Syntrax.  It makes the Matrix Vanilla, Chocolate, and Cookies and Cream protein powders as well as the infamous Nectar fruit flavors.  There are too many for me to name but I'm sure you may have heard of Roadside Lemonade among them.  The beauty of the Syntrax products is that they can be blended without using a blender:  you can merely stir them with a spoon or shake them in a bottle.  At home, it's easy to use a spoon, but, if you are out on the road, all you need to do is to add the appropriate amount of powder to a water bottle and shake it up for a satisfying protein shake.  This negates the drink becoming stale or losing its effectiveness with the passage of time.  The Syntrax products are widely available on the internet and are so popular that many support groups even stock them.  As to knowing how much powder to add to a bottle of water, you can measure how much is in a scoop and pack accordilngly or even bring a smaller container of the powder with you along with the scoop.
