in the mean time, I'm eating a 9 oz bag of kruncher sea salt and cracked pepper chips, 2 pieces of hand tossed Caseys supreme pizza, and nachos.

MMM MMM, Pizza!!!!! I want some!!!! The chips and nachos don't make any sense though. Aren't they both chips? I guess they were handy?  Ronnie

Long term, I would say that all of us will need more than one solution to obesity. 10 years down the road, we'll probably all have gained back some fraction of our weight and we'll need something like gene therapy, or a drug to get us back to where surgery once had us.

All good points.  However, I believe we'll see huge advances in the war on obesity in our lifetimes. We may never see a pill, injection, or magic bullet, but I believe we'll have a comprehensive, effective treatment that won't involve surgery. It would be nice to know that I'd be the last generation of my family to suffer with obesity. DD
