little fart

This past weekend I broke down and bought some new sneaks.  ( I usually recycle old ones for a while before buying new ones)  I was surprised to find I fit comfortably in regular sizes.  No more 4Es! Went T-shirt shopping and bought a bunch of cheapo 2xs, they are still a little too tight but soon.  I have found that I am losing inches off my legs and arms much quicker than my waist.  But I guess I can't complain because I am down 8in. off my waist. jim d
