I've mentioned that I started doing aquatic exercises since I can't do much walking or any other land based exercises.  Well, today I saw my doctor and found out that I've lost 21 pounds over the last 2 months due to my exercises.  God know that I'm still a hopeless carb addict.  So, without changing my diet, I've lost a good deal of weight.  It's really encouraging.

Congrats! Now how about a rousing chorus of "Tiny Bubbles" to celebrate your underwater FART?

Bob Sounds like you hit on something to help exercise and continue to be a loser! Congrats! Chris

I don't swim as much as I exercise.  I use a therapy pool so I see what exercises the therapy patients are doing and I do some of them.  I basically walk forward, backward, and side to side for the length of the pool.  I have other exercises that I do, but the biggest key for me is that I'm moving major muscle groups through water for the entire time that I'm in the pool.  I usually exercise for 30 to 45 min.  I hope to increase it eventually.  And, I go to the pool between 5 and 6 days a week.
