One year Bandiversary!

First, thanks to all of you in this locker room. I check several times a week & keep up with your accomplishments, challenges, successes, laughs and inspirations. I've lost 68 pounds (from 318 to 250), size 52 pants to size 44 pants, 3XL to 2XL shirts and 18 in dress shirts; now my shoes are too loose. My weight loss is slow and steady, which suits me, my surgeon and my family. What a fantastic year this has been .... no more seat belt extenders in cars & planes, don't have to avoid restaurant booths, no more split pants getting in and out of truck, more energy for golf and other recreational activities ... got a promotion, new truck, a new outlook on life & it's good ..
