Bob, got everything.  Thank you.  I have lots more where those came from and I am constantly shrinking further.  Let me know if you need any others.

Hey, Congratulations Bob!   I am glad your past that milestone. Its seems to me that you have already had a stress test living through that ordeal. A few more steps toward the goal. Good Job, I was pulling for you. Herb

Hey Bob H.  Thanks. She said it didn't seem to her like I was passive agressive and she asked if that was a self diagnosis and I embarrassingly told her yes.  Then we got into it a little bit and she decided that her definitions and my definitions were the problem.  My definition was that I was passive and allow people to have their own way with me until a certain point and then I become aggressive.  She told me to lose that designation because passive/aggressive in the world of psychology does not mean that.  So....

My definition of that situation is "handing them the rope so they can hang themselves".

Bob, You have just crossed one of the hurdles on your journey down from the mountain.  I’m happy for you.  I’m glad you finally found a psych that was more concerned about your health than their pocketbook. The next hurdles are the green light from the insurance company and then scheduling a surgery date.  Keep us informed.   BTW, what type of surgery did you decide on, RNY or banding?

I believe the lap RNY is a better surgery for me, however, I will talk it over with my doctor.  After reading about both and the rest, the Gold standard of bariatric surgery is impressive + it seems that the band has a high amount of complications and revisions down the road.   Thanks for the encouragement. Bob.
