Thank you Dx,      We will be checking out this site today.  And yes, the "if onlys" can get us every time.    He is a computer person, but very shy - I will tell him about the mens forum and at least give him the opportunity to come and check you guys out.   You know us moms, we are willing to do whatever we need to help our kids.  LOL Hugs,  Kim

Hi Paul,     Thanks for your response.  I have never heard of the BMR concept.  Very interesting!  And it sounds like an easy process to follow.  I am going to try and figure all responses into the "menu" we are working on without making it sound too much like a diet.  I know how I felt being on a diet and its frustrating.  Thank you again for your help.
