Thanks, Scott!  I'm doing okay, not having any really bad pain (or at least, the pain I had has made me stronger), the probiotics seem to help more than anything, but also got some Maalox Multi-Symptom chewables that help.

Ate too much in America, but not to my detriment.

Hi Dave, You had a lot of people worried in here. Hope you had a nice trip, and welcome back.

I know, Marcel. Sorry again. The trip was good, ate too much, which raised a lot of questions, but in the end, this didn't create any problems.

hey, you gave us a scare there! anyway, i had dibs on your weightlifting equipment if it was serious. not that we're scavengers or anything. so it looks like we've got a whole new wave of losers very interested in lifting. I could use some help with routines and ideas for some of the guys. so email me when you get a chance and i'll catch you up. i lifted a basic routine from draper's site so i can stop repeating myself about basic lifts. catch the post if you can. did you know he had open heart? he's slowly getting back in the gym just in the past few weeks.

well, glad you're doing ok and you're back. take care...carbonblob

Hi CB,

The import (and laughs) if you were to import my equipment would cost you a fortune! LOL. My wife would probably be glad to have someone to take them though! (if I were gone, that is.)

I'll see what I can do about the routines. Too bad about Dave Draper. Aside from the steroids, it looks like he's really put himself through the ringer. But I guess he is getting a little up in the years, too. In his appearance on the Beverly Hillbillies (trying to snag Ellie May), he was my first exposure to bodybuilding. The video is on his site somewhere. Glad to hear he's recovering.

Glad to be Back,

Dave
