OH HAPPY DAY !!!!!!!!!

I just got a phone call letting me know that the insurance company approved my stimulator implant procedure.  So next Tuesday is all systems go. I feel better already knowing that it is going to happen. Dan

great news dan, i'm really happy for you. that makes up for my crappy day. the device company came out today to fit me for the conductive garment. well, the damn thing kept popping the electrode connectors off and then when they finally hooked it all up, it burned the hell out of me! i mean really burned me. my skin was all red like a lighter hit it. so i can't use it. they say it happens to some people and i'm one of them. oh well, hey, it's about you today and i'm so happy it worked out. so when's the date?

That is a real bummer Fred.  I had something similar happen to me a couple years back with the tens unit they use at the chiropractor office.  The wires came off and burned 3 nice holes in my back.  Have not gone back there since. I also got a call this afternoon from the spine surgeon and he is going to see me next Monday evening.  What a shock since I was told it would probably be a couple months before he would be able to get me in.   This is for the neck problems.  To bad they do not have a spine transplant.  You and I would be at the top of the list. I just did something a few minutes ago I have not done in six months.   I got in my spa and it felt great.  Had no problem getting in and out of it.  It even loosened up my hand a bit. I glad your tens type unit is giving you some relief.  I told you before, there is light at the end of the tunnel for both of us. Have a good one. Dan

That's great, I know what it is like. I have very bad Neoropathy in my feet . Chronic pain is the worst. I am on so many Narcotics right now.  Anyway enough about me.  I really miss your posts, hopefully you can start again when you get the pain under control.                                                                       Lloyd
