Dan, you know you are in our prayers.  I assume that you are reading this forum with no problem.  I suggest that you dictate your posts to your wife and have her type them.  I know this would expose her to the locer room, but it may be a way to ensure that you remain active.  I only mention this because my father has vision problems and often has my mother type his e-mails.

Dan, hang in there.  You have a lot of people praying for you.  One thing you may want to check out if the keyboarding and mouse movement is too difficult is Windows Vista and voice recognition.  I saw a demo of this and it was pretty amazing.  You can read more at http://www.microsoft.com/uk/windowsvista/features/foreveryon e/speech.mspx.  Anyway, not sure if this is an option, but good luck! hey Dan,

i agree with sjbob, maybe have your wife type so at least you can come here with us. i'm so sorry about the new hurdles. you know, i had the hand problem too, except in my case it was carpal tunnel. had it done on both hands. big drag. anyway, i sure hope you can get turned around. this sounds like a nightmare. the past two years have not been good to you. i hope it's nothing more than an ulitmate test because i know you'll pull through. i'm thinking of you and hope you get well soon......carbonblob

Dan, it's good to have you back, I have missed your humor posts.  I pray for your recovery, not one to beat around the bush, let's pray: O God, our God, who does not hold one blessing back from your children, who gives us all including, Thy loving Son, Jesus the Christ.  I pray today on this your servant Dan who is beset with difficulties in his body.  I ask you to encompass him with your loving Spirit, make him strong with Thy strength, keep him 'hydrated' in Thy Agape' Love, and give him hope from on high.  That these things that befall him will not keep him down, for they are a painful moment on this journey's path.  That even in his pain, his mind is on serving Thee.   I ask you O God to give Dan a measure of peace and comfort, that the medicines that you led others to discover can work their healing, and bring Dan's body back to the place where it will function for him to work for Thee.  Thank you for his loving and caring mate, give her patience, peace, and a knowledge of Thee then more precious she'll be, more precious than diamonds, rubies or emeralds.

We give you all the praise the glory that you looked down upon us, sinners and deemed us worthy - not from anything we did, done or could do, but because you love us, we pray.  Amen!

Dan, It is good to hear from you.  I also have been absent from the forum for a while and did not know of your problems other than you were waiting to hear about the back stim. I  will include you in my prayers.  I will pray for your comfort.  Take care and God Bless. drjco

Well, my dear friend Dan, I had no idea you were having such a hard time these days.  I haven't been on the boards much lately. Know that you are in my prayers and that with the coming of Spring you'll feel more life and vitality each day.   You have been an inspiration to many, and I trust that things WILL get better for you. Grace and Peace, Joe
