yeah but Daniel, look where you started compared to me! you're way ahead of me weight loss wise. great job.

here's a little trick that might help you lose the last 10 pounds. instead of using the platue buster try drinking two protein shakes a day and for the evening meal eat a big bowl of steamed veggies with cheese. munch on air popcorn if you get hungry and try to do at least a half hour on your treadmill. i lose weight like crazy with just that routine and i'm not hungry at all.

not the best diet but you are getting in protein and exercise. let me know if it works for you.....carbonblob

Good evening gents, heres the latest: 2 weeks post op: 432 Day of surgery (4/10/06): 417 Today: 193 Total loss: 239 pounds My one year surgery anniversary is 4/10 and I have a follow up with my surgeon on the 13th.  Just want to make sure that I am not losing too much, and talk to the nutritionist about where we go from here.  Working out 4 days a week now, plenty of water, protein and all required vitamin supplements.  I'll be going to DC in 3 weeks for a wedding, this will be the first time any of my family, relatives and friends from up there have seen me since before the surgery.  I havent even provided them a picture of me.  Have a good week guys. John
