Nutrition info
I don't have one, I just use the info I got form the surgeon and watch out for stuff I have been told I shouldn't have. When i do that I do pretty good. When I get adventerous, I usually windup excusing myself 3 or 4 times to make deposits in the throne room. Not a nice way to spend the evening with friends, so it just isn't worth it.
I went to a spaghetti dinner with my Aunt tonigh and I ate the noodles, then tries some of the chucks of meat. Some cooks put sugar in their suace and it really messes me up so I try to be real careful. The people serving gave me extra butter garlic bread. Couldn't eat it and with the butter, I was out-of-the question. Then they brought me vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup for dessert as part of the meal and I sent it back as politely as I could. I didn't want it sitting in front of me.
You would have thought I was a communist at a Senator McCarthy reunion party, but we all survived and I didn't have to be excused until I left.
One lady leaned over and said it is really tough sticking to a diet isn't it? Well, this so-called easy way-out-thing we voluntarily choose to do to ourselves isn't just about sticking to a diet,..its a new life style and I don't want to force bad stuff in until I can endure it and waste it. I like my new tool and its results and hold to our cliche,...getting thin feels better than any food tastes.
Just use you good sense and make wise choices,...if you doubt it, don't do it; experiement at home.
