WALK THE BEACH THIS WEEKEND

Hello All, I will be going to Pacific Beach tonight for a long weekend.  I can't wait to get out on the beach and walk, walk, walk!!!  The 51lbs I have lost should make a big difference.  My VSG has saved my life.  I would have never gone out in public and walked before.  You all have a great weekend too!
