Swollen Lymph nodes

Just a quick question to see if anybody else experienced this.  I've noticed over the last few months my lymph nodes swelling, some getting larger in size, other areas getting more and more swollen nodes.  Did anyone else experience this after their surgery and their weight stabilized.  Kind of in between insurance companies at the moment, so it won't be for another week i can get tests done, I did see a Dr. friend from work and he thinks it may be weight loss related, but had never seen it before in a post RnY patient.  Also, some other possibilities he mentioned are lymphoma, sarcoidosis...yadayadayada.  Since he think it may be weight loss related, however had never seen it before (granted he's not a bariatric surgeon he's a pulmonologist), I figured i'd check with the guys and see if I'm not the only one. I'm only 6 months out but down 144.  I got a couple of knots and bumps I intend to get looked at but they are causing me no great concern at the moment, so I got no experience that would be of any help at this time.  I would definitiely get it looked at however.  The potential for cancer and it being curable if caught earliy enough would be real motivation if it were me.
