Good Wednesday morning everyone! I hope you've had a good nights rest and now you are up and ready to face a new day. A day filled with good things!
Our challenge today is to appreciate your Spouse or special someone in your life. They have been with you through thick and thin. They've seen you through some rough times. Or maybe you've just recently started to date them. Well, today is the day to show them how much you care or love them. Do something special for them. Use your imagination. Blow their minds today! They'll love you and appreciate you for it.
So, who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? I'm sipping on some wonderful Vanilla Cream coffee. So good!

My wife has been my greatest supporter through all of my trials and tribulations. She had RNY two years ago and I can honestly say that I wasn't the most supportive person in the world for her (lack of education I guess). Now that my surgery is up and coming I can't belive what an ass I was. She has done most all of the ground work for me, talking to Insurance, making appointments, etc
She is a saint.
