Idea for a time and place to meet everyone

Ben, Thanks for setting this up.  It sounds great.  The only cruises I've been on were 6-7 months long courtesy of the U.S. Navy.  Looking forward to a more pleasurable experience.  LOL Floyd

Well Gentlemen, I have spoken with the Royal cruise line and I have inside rooms available for $200 plus port charges and outside rooms for $250 plus port charges. I am working out the bugs with my agency on deposit dates and full payment dates and whom to call with your card information for payments. This is working out!!! I will also be reserving a conference room for an actual group meeting! we have the option for drinks if preferred, let me know on this cause I can get them to give us water if preferred. I will be posting an official invite with itinerary and phone numbers tonight......

We will be boarding on September 10th. I am meeting with my agency around 4:30 pst to go over the details and where to send payment to. Almost there...

Sept 10 is a Monday. for me weekends are better so we can include the kids. Not to mention school will be starting them as well.
