Jello Pudding - Sugar Free
I love eating these Jello SF pudding cups. Vanilla is my fave, but Chocolate is great too. I feel like am cheating when eating these because they are so good. I typically eat 2 per day, one in the afternoon as a snack and one in the evening rather than a bowl of ice cream like it did pre op. They are 60 Calories, 1g Fat and sugar free. Not sure of the protein, but I think they are 3g. Anyone's Nut tell them these are not good for you? I just don't want to get to addicted if I need to stop eating them. I go back next month for my six month post op check, but wanted to get your professional input. What do you think? Chris 326/213/175
My nutritionist recommends them. I love the choclate and choclate/vanilla layered ones. I buy the 12 pack at Wal-Mart for 3.88. Money well spent in my opinion. And it's a heck of lot better for you than ice-cream.
I've seen a lot of folks post their progress like you have. I like it. It's simple. I used to have the weight ticker at the bottom and it would pop up with my post, but didn't like the way it looked so I erased it. Maybe I'll try it your way.
By the way, how tall are you? You look pretty tall in your pic, or is it trick photography? I'm 6'3" tall, large build, my ideal weight is 215. I guess that weight depends on what doctor you ask or what website you go to. I love my size right now at 245, I'm really gonna love it at 215. Good Luck on your 175 goal. Looks like we're both making very good progress.

Thanks Ronnie.
It must be trick photography as I am only 5' 6". My ideal weight is more like 164, but I set 175 as my goal as I know the last few pounds will be hard to get rid of and I am sure that I will need PS in a year or so. My surgeon's goal for me was 180. When I was 21 I lost over 100lbs and weighted about 165 but still felt like I could loose 10 more. But we all know to well that my weight loss back then (I am 37 now) didn't last without the wonderful tool we now have.
I will be posting my 5 month pics later today.
All the best!

If you like jello pudding try this, buy your favorite Jello puding mix (sugar free) and try using Skim Plus milk (http://www.farmlanddairies.com/Skim%20Plus%20Page%20New.htm) it has 11 grams of protein in a serving. Gets in a little extra protein a tasty way.
