1st Bandaversary!!!

Friday was my one year BANDAVERSARY! Thursday I went in for a check-up.  I am down a total of 132 Pounds!!!   My blood work was great Cholesterol and Triglycerides were WAY down.  Blood pressure was good.  He took me off one of the Medications last Fall and cut back on the other.  Last month he told me to try and go without either. BP was up a little from last month but still in the normal range so he kept me off the meds. I have gone from 4XLT shirts to 2XLTs (just got a bunch at the Dillards' clearence sale).  Pants have shrunk from 54 waist to a 40 (some are even 38s depending on cut). LIFE IS GREAT!!!   I am soooooo happy that I did this. I have been heavy my entire life.  The only time I could fit into "normal" clothes was when I took Phen-fen a decade ago.  At that time I lost 110 pounds and looked good.  After they took away Phen-fen the weight came back, slowly at first and then more and more and more... Anyway, don't always make time to post but do enjoy reading others when I can! PEACE-LOVE! OUT
