the Sunday Weekly Weigh-In!
Wow... just what I need - ACCOUNTABILITY!!! I'm a lurker on this board... Anyway - I'm eating way too much and not always the best stuff. I got kind of ****y with my eating when I was training for the LA Marathon - now I'm trying to get back to where I should be with my eating and all that.
My Starting Weight? – 280ish
Day of Surgery - 265
All Time Low – 150 Last week - 155 This week - 160.... yikes! I'm changing my running from 3 days a week (T, TH, Sat) to 4 (M, W, TH, SA) and planning out my meals so that I'm eating carefully instead of randomly, and eliminating bad snacking. I'll be back next week to review how it's all going. My marathon time was 5:32:02 - not bad for my first time out but I'm trying to get closer to 5 hours for the San Diego Rock and Roll Marathon in June - I'm training a lot harder than I did for LA.
