Paul That sounds great.  I love my cereal and usually have it for an evening snack plus breakfast.  I really like the protein count. I use to shop at H-E-B when we lived in Texas.  I was trying to recall what it stand for.  I belive if my memory serves me right it is Hubert Eugene Butts.  Am I close on that. Thanks for sharing this with us Paul. Dan

Try Kashi GO LEAN. I mix it with yogurt per 1 cup: 1g fat 85 sodium 30g carbohytrates (9 insoluble fiber, 10 dietary fiber) 6g sugars 13g protein It's nice and crunchy...and just a little bit nutty. (yeah, baby)

Greetings Gents!

I've been eating the Kelloggs Special K High Protein. They say use 3/4 cup cereal and you get 10g protein. Can't find the box, so don't know the carbs etc. I add a banana and 1/3 cup skim milk.

I was never a cereal eater pre-op.

Good Sunday AM
