I missed last weeks weigh in. I was at a NASCAR race with 155,000 other people in
Las Vegas. It was nice to find good food choices while traveling. I also walked my feet
off. Anyway - - -

Sorry for not keeping up with you guys, been busy, scale is stil on the downward slope, not as fast though. Having trouble with my exercise, working 10 hr days, and trying to keep a routine going is getting harder.

Been having a pretty good week. I have been up moveing around and I think that is showing on the scales this week.
STARTING WEIGHT: 450 LBS. (Day of Surgery 8 Nov 2005)
CURRENT WEIGHT: 244 LBS.
TOTAL LOSS: 206 LBS.
MY GOAL IS TO WEIGH: 200

Back to 170lbs. this feels like the "right" weight for now. I had a good week.
My goals do not revolve around stopping bad habits ( I have fewer and fewer ) BUT implementing positive habits... No skipping meals... Breakfast every day.. Cereal w/ fruit.. protien shake.. LUNCH.. protien shake.. salad.. Sandwhich w/ protien.. chili.. soup...fruit..DINNER... Protien / slalad... whole wheat carbs...Fresh fruit.
It is still difficult for me to establish and keep a balanced healthy consistenet food plan.
I am working more hours and playing less and less golf... need to get moving again.. this week I will do 3 30 minute cardio sessions... 4 days of push-ups and sit-ups.
