Glad you're home a feeling good. Walking and drinking right away is a great start. I second the "rest, rest, rest" advice. Your body's been through a lot with more changes coming soon that require adjustment. that said, go with the flow of new-found energy when you have it. There's a great deal more energy to come. It gets better and better.

Chuck, Welcome home.  Glad to hear everything went well.  Sounds like you're doing great on the walking and drinking.  Keep it up.  Good luck and let us know how you're doing. Floyd

Well Congrats Chuck!  I'm jealous...Can't wait to be sending a Post just like that.  10 More Days for me.  I may have missed it, but what Surgery did you have?  Regardless, I wish you all the Health & Sucess with your New Begining!   -Rocko-

Thanks you guys - I appreciate all the kind words.....   I had a Lap RNY, and I started out at 547 pounds, and lost 25 pounds prior to surgery.   My surgeon was able to do the RNY with the scopes instead of doing an open incision - and, I know that is due in great part to sticking with my pre-op diet.....   My doc told me after the surgery he was surprised how easy everything went considering my size.....   But, things are going great thus far, and it's awesome to be on this side of the surgery.  Trust me Rocko - those 10 days will fly by -just stick with your pre-op diet, it's worth it!!!!!
