Scott, Congratulations!  It is amazing that you have lost 200 lbs. already.  I remember you when I first came to this board about 1 year ago.  Since you changed your avatar, I have to admit that I hardly recognized you.  But when I went into your profile, I saw the old parrot head avatar and the light went on.  You are the same guy! Good job.

Scott, that is awesome.  I can't even imagine dropping 200!.  I'm struggling in getting to 100.  Congrats.  That's a FART that really stinks up the joint. Greg

200 lbs. in a year. AMAZING! That's not a monkey off your back, that's knocking a full grown gorilla off your back! Thanks for the inspiration. DD PS. Do you think the Cubs have retooled enough to make the World Series this year? Cubs / Tigers would be a dream series for me.

Outstanding Scott!
Hearty congrats on all you've accomplished over this past year.
As a result of taking back control of our health, I'm sure that life will become even more enjoyable for all of us with each passing year.

Thanks for being supportive and an inspiration to me, as well, in the last 12 months. (Yours is one of my most frequented profile reads)

Cheers to you, my friend!

Be Well,
A.J.
