Since finding things to eat has been rather hit or miss, I figured I would share that KC Masterpiece Low Cal BBQ sauce is pretty tasty. I've tried no carb sauces, and they werent terrible, but they didt really satisfy my taste. (OK OK, I thought they suscked!) This, while not the best sauce I've had in my life, had a good basic flavor, and is something i can work with. Zero fat Zero sugars 2g's Carbs A dash on my ground beef patty last night was a unexpected pleasure. I just found this in the cut out bin at target, I hope they keep making it. Any other recomendations for sauces that work for you guys? Also, I've been eating Quaker Weight maple & brown sugar control oatmeal. And it's perfect for breakfast, toss in some milk, microwave for 2 minutes, and it's done. Being lazy in the morning, it's a good deal. Might get some protien to toss in it though since it only has 7 grams.

Thanks for the suggestion.  I miss having BBQ sauce.  I'll give it a try.

Let me know what you think. Of course it might just be that at this point anything tastes good! Nah, it tastes a lot like regular KC Masterpeice, Which is pretty good for basic store bought sauce. And amazing for low carb/no sugar sauce. Hrm, wonder if theres a good market for sugar free "man food" most of what i seem to see are... well, not so much what I care about.
