Has anyone lost all the excess skin at there stumach without plastic surgery? Is it possable? I know it depends on how much you have lost and how much the skin was stretched but currios if anyone has had any luck

It's all about your body. Maybe, maybe not. No way of telling either until you lose the weight. I may have some sagging skin, but doesn't appear I'll have a lot. Still have another 40 lbs, so that may change to no sagging skin, or a lot. We'll see.

Matt, Yep. Some Have. I had Great Luck with Most All of my Body. The skin stuff depends on A LOT of different variables. How old are you? Younger skin has more elasticity and ‘draws up’ better. How Long at top weight? Skin that has been stretched longer, is less resilient than skin that hasn’t been "maxed-out" for longer. How much of a change are we talking about? I went from 385+ down to 179lbs. less than half my original size. I only had a little flap about 3" right at my belt-line in the front. No thigh, arm, chest problems! Some who lose more may have more, some who lose less, less. Ethnicity? Skin containing more pigment is typically more resilient and retains more elasticity to "spring-back" that skin with less pigment. (thank you Native American Ancestors! For my thighs and chest!) Sun damage in the past? People who had Great Tans in their youth, have crappy skin tone later in life. Sun damage need not be visible or obvious to slow the ‘draw-up’ of skin later in life. Hydration? Staying well hydrated while losing helps considerably.

Smoker or Ex-Smoker? Big Caffeine drinker? Nicotine & Caffeine both shrink the tiny capillaries in the skin and leave skin far less resilient. Yet another reason to avoid these while losing and before. Exercise? Tone and growing muscles replacing the fat tissue beneath the skin helps "flesh-out" the over all appearance of skin tone. Still, Genetics plays one of the biggest factors. Grandpa and Grandma looking "saggy?" Odds won’t be in your favor. No One of these aspects alone will "make it" or "break it" for having excess skin. It’s the combination of the various factors all pulling in the same or different directions that give the final results. How’s that for a "Non-Answer-Answer." Wi**** was more- "This is it." But it’s not….. Best Wishes- Dx
