Back to the Gym

Hey Guys, After a 2 month recovery from the PS, I ventured back to the gym today....a decent warm up on the bike, and then about 20 min on the upper body.....slow and low, y'all know me...take it easy.... It is really like starting from scratch....but more cautious....I don;t wanna bust anythng open... but for now i'm ok....lets see if any fluid builds up over night.... i'll keep you posted Russ

Russ, Great that you’re getting "Back on the Horse" there. It took me Forever! To get back to even the slightest exercise. But- I’m back to adding in regular running in February Finally!!!!! It’s only been since July!!!! Even now I only get in about 3 or 4 miles a week. (still about 40 walking) Still having some swelling in the evenings? I did through December!! Now? Nothing but Great!!!! The PS was the cherry and nuts on top!! Keep at that exercise. I’ve seen several of us out here over the years have trouble starting back After an extended stop in the routine. Goto: Congrats... I have yet to make the jump... so far it's golf... golf and more golf....I did  take my bike for a spin on Sunday.. and I jumped in the pool.. YEA!!!!! I'll let you know when I do it Kev-
