Good Wednesday morning everyone! Time to rise and shine! Gotta spray dem pits and eat dem grits. I just had to! Our challenge today is to do something fun. It doesn't matter what it is. Just do something fun today. If we are always in work mode or in the "go" mode, we tend to not do anything fun or enjoyable. Today, take just one minute, 10 minutes, or one hour and do something that YOU enjoy doing. Get your mind off of work or going. Do something FUN TODAY! So, who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? I'm sipping on some awesome Maxwell House regular. Gotta love it! I hope you have a wonderful and blessed day!

Slammin mugs of Javarama Arabica. It stinks but it's better than a kick in the teeth.

I do something fun every day. I always find some way to have some selfish time. It may be 11:00 at night when I should be sleepin but I have hobby time. It causes the wife some moments of concern because she knows I shoud be snoozin but, hey... I'm a big boy. I know how much sleep to get.

Got a call from my surgeon's office yesterday. He's gotten me a prescription for the fitness rehab center here at a WORLD class hospital.  "Full evaluation and rehabilitation for cardiac fitness, muscle tone and development in recovery from Open Gastric Bypass surgery."  GOTTA LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!

Good Morning Randall, It seems we should be giving you the motivation to get through your days, instead of the other way around. There are few words to describe your perseverance through the troubling times in your life lately. You're an inspiration to us all.  We all know life can easily be taken for granted. My family and I try to stop now and again to appreciate life, but like any other family, we get stuck in 'go' and 'work' mode often. Thanks for the motivation to get out there and appreciate what a blessing life is.  I'm sipping on Hill's Bros. Cappuccino, SF of course. It gets my day started every morning. Have a great one. Ronnie
