Hi guys, I went today for my first post op visit with my surgeon. I had my lap band surgery on the 5th of March. I was kind of excited to get weighed in. I have lost 14 pounds since my surgery and I have lost 29 pounds since my pre-op appointment. I was so happy. sorry to toot my own horn but I am thrilled. Paul
