Just a few things that are different in a year.  What a difference WLS surgery has made.  The OH website has been a great part of my journey and I thank all of the men in the locker room for sharing their experiences. I'm looking forward to celebrating the 1 year anniversary of my surgery in October and hope to be in the *200lb* neighborhood by then. Best of Luck, Brothers, Dennis

Congrats, Dennis!

I have a friend, who's wife will let him fart anywhere, except on the cushions. If he does let one slip on the couch, she makes him air out the cushions:

Best Wishes,

Dennis, Isn’t it amazing how much life changes for the better after surgery?  It’s not only smaller clothes and better physical health, but we feel more comfortable with ourselves too.  You’re doing great and have every right to be proud of yourself.  Congratulations!

Hi Dennis,

Congrats on a great year and thanks for posting the good stats. With your record, I'm sure you'll be in the 200lb neighborhood by October.
