Day of FARTs

It just thelittle things,...isn't it?? 1 of 3: My wife took 4 inches in on my size 50 kahki pants and at work to day after using the john, I realized while washing my hands and turning to get some paper towels, in the mirror I had a pucker in the back of my pants.  They had bunched up under my belt in the back, about another 2 inches.  Whoa! 2 of 3:  After a 5 mile walk after work with my brother, I took him and his wife to get some dinner.  We were having a great ime when we came on the subject of work-out clothes and he started telling me about getting some sweats from the Big Dog store where he gets his.  I realized while he was giving details about the quality that he had no idea I was smaller than a 3 XL.  I am still wearing a 3XL (down from a 5XL) but they are pretty baggy on me; I didn't stop him but he did conclude with they sell regular sizes in addition to their large men selections.  Which tranisitions into my third Fart for the day. 3 of 3:  I got home and the cars needed cleaning in preparation for a funeral of a friend tomorrow, and I just like driving a clean car in a funeral procession, a respect thing for me. So without changin out of my sweats, I grabbed the spray cleaner, some cotten cloths and tire spray, and went out to the carport at 10 p.m. to clean our two cars.  I was wearing sweat pants under my cotten gym shorts.  The sweats to stay warm and the gym short cause they have pockets for my wallet and car keys after my work out...blah blah blah...yadda yadda yadda.  While wiping down the sides of my wifes car and standing back up , I had this crooked pants sensation. As I round the car to go to the other side, I realized the baggy sweats I was thinking about during my brothers Big Dog sales pitch were about half way down my butt under my gym shorts.  Guess its time to invest in a smaller size. So thats it.  Nothing earth shattering but reality checks for me today that I am getting smaller, whether I see it or believe it or not.

Hey Joe,  Good Evening. Those are some great FART's by the way. Self perception is something I still have a problem with, and probably will for a long time. I've lost 102 lbs., but when I look into a mirror I don't see much in the way of change. However, when I run into someone I haven't seen in awhile, they are suprised at the smaller me. There is one way to see a difference though, try taking a picture of yourself in clothes that 'fit'. You're sure to see a difference. FART's are the best part of the surgery.

Joe, Those are great!   It's a great feeling when you keep losing and losing and the clothes don't fit.  Missing complete sizes is amazing.  Self perception is the final realization.  I've been telling my wife that she's looking great, but she hadn't accepted that fact.  After losing 170 pounds, she's finally beginning to believe me.  You're doing great and we really enjoy hearing of your accomplishments.  Keep of the great job!
