I am almost 1 year and was at 189 for at least 5 months. I lost most of the wieght real fast from around 330 to 189 in 5 or 6 months but it came to a halt.I thought it was many different things and changed many things to no succses. I finally thought this was maybe were my body wanted to be. Well a 3 weeks ago I stopped running because it was killing my knees and  instead tried riding the bike at the gym and stated to lift more wieghts and bam I dropped 5 lbs last week I dont know what did it but I will keep the same routine for a while and see what happens.

Wow! that is a great loss and interesting plateau buster.  I guess the body just really likes a bit of variety.  Thanks for sharing.

That's right, AJ. Served me well in the day, though. I don't think I have enough hair in fron to do that now. PLUS it would look really funny.

I don't know about the 19 part but the girls at church wanted to know who you were.   The mystery Studly hunk with the dark eyes,......

Those were the good old days. Don't know how I ever managed to behave myself and follow the rules. Now, I don't have any rules and I still follow the rules (?!?!).

Hey Matt,  Just curious. What was your diet like during the first five to six months? I started at 351 and at 7 months out I'm at 249. I'd like to drop to about 200 at least. Like I said, just curious. Thanks for your input.  Ronnie

I  have been eating pretty much the same things since I was able to eat solid food. A protien drink for breakfast, A carbcontrol yogert w/protien powder fot break , A salad for lunch with chicken and for dinner a homemade chicken and avacadoe burritto on carb control tortilla. I cook my own chicken and make my salads at home and use low fat and carb dressings. I eat protien bars and almonds and peanuts sometimes too. I try not to eat any premade food if I can help it. good luck with the 200 mark
