Feeling a little better

Had my second appointment with the surgeon and dietician today and the said everything look good to go so far.  Surgeon said after my EGD on thursday I should be getting my date,  he said it looked good for  sometime in April.  That lifted my spirits abit, this just seems like it has been a long haul.  Hope to be joining you all soon.

Look forward to you joing us on this side of the scar.  You are almost at the top of the roller coaster ride.  Buckle-up cause the fun is just getting ready to begin.  Hope your date is soon and you never look back!

Hey "A",  I feel so guilty reading about some of the experiences others are having/have had with their journey to surgery.  I really can't relate. This is how it went for me. Not bragging or anything. I went to see my doctor, did a sleep study, doctor sent in my info to insurance company and was immediately approved, went to doctor again to get surgery date, had surgery, THAT'S IT! I thought I had a tough time because it took at least a month. Now I realize that I'm one of the luckiest on this board.  You seem to have the I's dotted, and the T's crossed now.
