OT: First Sunday Weigh in by Freddie, the SemperfiPup!!
This morning my wife, Judy, was relating to me something our Dog, Freddie did. I guess he has been watching our habit of getting up, using the restroom, then weighing in. My wife let him out to do his morning business, and when he came back inside... he trotted over to the scales... bumped his nose against one of the 5 user buttons, and proceeded to step up to register his weight... Just thought we would share with the locker room that our entire houshold is now watching our weight, and learning to eat properly.
Semper Fidelis!
AS long as its having the desired results,,, what the heck.
My whole freaking immediate familyis dieting to keep from being the first one i get lighter than.
I've stopped talking aqbout it with them because , 1) I tire of it being the topic of conversation and 2) I am trying to get down around 200 befoer anyone figures out where I am. I was 296 at New yYears and 288 at Super Bowl. I'm at 268 now and no one has inquired since the Super Bowl.
If they all lose weight , irregardless of the motivation, its a good thing. I'm more than willing to encourage abnd coach, rather than compete.
My three dauthes have dropped some pounds since my surgery too. Couldn't get them to slow upi when I weighed 400,....go figure. Guess it might have something to do with the pop tarts and candy I'm not bringing home any more??
