I thought I'd pass on this new product I found. "ThinkThin" Creamy Peanut Butter protein bar. 20g of protein (caesin, soy, whey isolate). Sugar FREE, gluten free. at our surgery center they said all protein bars are a big no. too much like candy even if they have low sugar. i have to admit, i don't eat them because it feels too much like old habits to me. if i have one, i want another. a lot of the guys swear by them though so to each his own......
