For breakfast, Lunch and dinner, what is your budget for one person...a Days worth of food....
If you do a budget, what does it break down to? $15 a day??? $12 a day
Second Part....How many times a week do you eat out, any meal, and what do you usually pay...for one meal...you can break this down breakfast lunch and dinner, sine there are differnt menus...
Thank You so much for your answers

Hey Russ,
Ok, this took a little calculator work, but here goes.
Solids:
For breakfast either 1 package oatmeal @ .30 or one bowl of cereal @ .55 for breakfast. I never eat out for breakfast.
For lunch either one wrap w/ pickle @ 2.30 or small chili from Wendy's @ 1.00, rarely eat out for lunch.
For dinner usually grilled chicken, green beans, and corn or similar @ 1.70, if I go out it's usually 8.00 for my meal.
Liquids:
Coffee 12-16 ozs. @ .20 per day, Kool-Aid 64 ozs. @ .95 per day, I consider water free.
If I don't go out it's about 5.70 per day, if I go out it usually about 12.00 per day.
I usually eat out for dinner about 2-3 times per week.
Ronnie

Lunch... used to be $8-$9 bucks for fast food... now I can get by for $3-$4 bucks... subway..tacobell.wendys..or a protien shake.. Lucnh out 6 days a week
Dinner... A salad w/ protien, $8-$9 bucks.. Applebee's.. California Pizza Kitchen... I eat dinner out 4 to 5 nights a week....

Breakfast is about $2.00 (protein shake)
Lunch (I really ought to eat lunch more often) Chicken salad w/ crackers $3.00?
Dinner: fish/vegetable. ~$4.00
It's cheap because I don't eat much :)
Part II
I allow myself to eat out twice a week. Usually dinner. ~$9-12 per meal.
Good luck,
Remember you'll get skewed data from us because of portion size...but then again proteins are expensive.
