Big day is coming quick now. March 22. Concerned and excited now. Hopefully all will go as planned. I need to have my gallbladder removed and there is some concern about stones in my bile duct. If the stones are present and cannot be removed my bypass will be put on hold. Dr Bartels will be doing the gallbladder and Dr. quinlin the bypass. Hoping to get it all completed on the same day. really want to be a loser! Tony J.

Welcome Tony!  March 22 is right around the corner and time is going to fly.  Concerned and excited - yep, that sounds perfectly normal.  Lots of great guys around here to provide advice and support along the way.  Good luck!! Steve

My WLS surgeon did the gall baldder as part of my RNY procedure. I slept through the whole thing.  Never felt a thing.  Which I guess is better than waking up in the middle with the doctores arms in your gut up to the elbow!! You'll do great.  TNT,...Tain't nuthin to it.

Tony,

Good luck.  I had mine removed 21 years ago.  I don't miss it at all.  The operation was a piece of cake.

Jim
