i agree Scott, money well spent if it works. i got used to wearing my insulin pump so i guess i could get used to this. i'm trying an experiment today. i have my lidoderm patch on and the IF device at the same time. so far so good. maybe this combo will kill the pain. if so, i guess this is the protocal from here on out. take care......Carbonblob

Great news Fred.  I sure hope and pray that you get the relief you desire.  You certainly deserve it. I waiting to hear reports on how your thingy is working.   I had my psyc eval for the stimulator implant but have not heard anything back yet.  Of course it is like waiting to hear from the insurance company on WLS. What you have sounds like something I might give a try if it works out good for you. Good luck brother. Dan

of course i'll keep you posted on how it's going. it's hard to tell right now of course. i'll need a couple of weeks to see. as i mentioned to Scott, i'm wearing my lidoderm patch and the IF device today to see how that combo works. all i'm doing today is walking and that hurts so let's see in a little while when i go out if this helps. no way am i going to have the implant like you, or surgery or drugs again. so this just has to work damnit! keep ya posted


Of course i'm rooting for you too. I hope your insurance covers this for you. let us know how it's going. there's just no way i want another surgery like you're going to have. i'm done with hospitals for a while and i'm sure you know what i mean.....lol
