Photo upload help

Can any of you wise men with all of the computer knowledge help me get my big ole head above my screen name?

Click on this link "User Settings", it can be found at the top left of the screen as well. If loading a picture from your computer,  click "browse", choose the pic and click open in the bottom right of that screen, finally, click upload, go to the bottom of the page and click "save". If you are using a picture from a website, then you will need the URL of that picture. You will use the box below the top one for this. To retrieve the URL of a pic, go to the page where the pic is, right click over the pic, then click on properties, the URL will be seen in this pop up window, highlight the link and right click, then click copy, then go back to "user settings" and click in the box that has the upload button only, now right click and then click paste, finally, click upload. Go down and save at the bottom. If you see your pic at the top, then your pic will be seen when you post.  Need more info, IM me or post reply. Ronnie

 Thanks I have tried all of that and still no succes I keep getting a pop up say that the photo must be a jpeg to be uploaded. So at this point how do I change the photo into a jpeg file?

OK, do you have an account with photobucket.com? If not, go there and open a free account, then load your picture. After that, right click the picture and copy the URL, then paste in the box in  User Settings here on the board. See if that works.

Thanks so much now I feel better but man I thought for sure I was gonna have to crop my big ole head to get it in the box.
