Missed you Semper Fi Dad...

Missed you Thursday Semper Fi Dad....I dropped in for my fill and was out of there in less than 15 minutes.  Hope your first fill/adjustment went well.  The first one can be a bit, "is that it"? feeling to some  people as Doc R tends to be somewhat conservative on the first one.  Just wait till your second dose!   As I recall that's where I first was able to really (really) notice the restriction and from there my weight loss increased.  Then of couse I started playing around with it and over the last 3-4 months I sort of just flat-lined. But, back in the game now...hit the scales for my traditional Saturday morning showdown and I'm well back into the looser column and now only 2 pounds from my 1st Century mark.  Good luck!

Bummer Dude! Looks like we missed connecting by less that 2 hours (I was in at 2:30 and out at 2:45).
